Jobized ("we," "our") makes a job-tracking app for service businesses. This policy explains what data the app collects and what we do with it. Short version: your business data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or snoop through it.
We do not sell your personal or business data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not read your customer lists or job details for any purpose other than operating the service.
Jobized asks for camera and photo-library access only so you can attach before-and-after photos to jobs. Photos you take in the app are stored with your job records. You control them.
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your personal and business data from our systems within 30 days, except where we're required to keep billing records by law.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured infrastructure with restricted access. No system is perfect, but we treat your business data like it's our own.
Jobized is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
